Belsim is mainly focusing on the following three industry sectors:

• Oil and gas production - Upstream
• Oil and gas refining - Downstream
• Power and utilities

As our software suite Vali is based on a full thermodynamic package and is using first principal modelling, it is very flexible and can be used to model any continuous process. Due to this we are also present in the chemical industry, polymers, etc.
