ValiEngineering
ValiEngineering is used for offline performance monitoring (e.g. for performance tests) and engineering studies: plant retrofits, revamps, optimization, energy audits and energy integration at the scale of total industrial site. It allows you to base your studies on validated data in order to get the expected results plus it verifies plant performance to facilitate commissioning.
Typical benefits are:

ValiPerformance
ValiPerformance is our online performance monitoring tool. With such an application you will always have accurate production data, accurate Key Performance Indicators - including their uncertainty - and many soft sensors.
Having more accurate view of your process will allow you to:
- Optimize your process - margins hidden in measurement noise becomes evident
- Early detection of problems - what the operator doesn't see due to measurement noise becomes clear
- Reduced number of lab analysis - you will have online lab analysis through soft sensors
- Reduced cost for maintenance of sensors and equipment - you will only need to do maintenance when necessary

ValiUpstream
ValiUpstream is our solution for oil and gas production. It is similar to our ValiPerformance solution but customized to fit the needs of the upstream sector. This solution will allow you to maximize your production and maximize your recovery as it is capable of quantifying all flows, temperatures, pressures and compositions throughout the production network. In particular you will have:
- Accurate production data
- Opportunity to design an optimal sensor network regarding cost, reliability, etc
- Virtual metering including multiphase flows

closed mass and material balances. It monitors consumption of raw material, production and inventory of intermediate and final products.
It provides coherent site material balances on a daily basis for:
- Accurate yield accounting
- Internal cost distribution per unit
- Imports/exports of units
- Loss control
- Accurate and coherent data import in ERP systems
ValiUtilities
ValiUtilities provides a clear view of the energy balances of a entire industrial site. It monitors:
- Energy production efficiency
(steam, electricity, etc.)
- Energy consumption and production of each process unit
- Emissions
