Registration Deadlines: Forms
must be faxed or postmarked by May 15 th 2007 . It is also possible to register

Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds
submitted in writing must be received no later than May 30 th , and are subject
to a ? 50 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after
this date.
